According to Bill Lembeck's calculations there are approximately 49,000,000 bubbles in a bottle of Champagne. That means that if a bottle of Champagne is $250 you are getting 196,000 bubbles per dollar, an incredible value. So the next time you make a toast you can shock everyone by telling them that there are approximately 8,200,000 bubbles in their glass!
